Why Do We Need a Brain?

This is a poem Alina wrote in her 2nd grade class. For those of you who know her; yes, she did this all on her own, Her IDEA, her illustrations, her typing. :} Yes, this is a rather proud mom! :)

Why do we need a brain?

How does it make you think?

What is inside your brain?

Green gooey stuff?

Red or blue stuff?

What works in that big thing?

When you die how does it shut down?

Is it just magic or automatic?

I don't think anyone knows.
