random thoughts

... the girls are REALLY asking these days..."why does Daddy need to work in India?" and "I don't want to move". It really tugs on the heart strings.

... we're family, we'll have each other, we still have our "old" friends and we'll make new ones... yes, yes, that little song just popped into my head.

... just think of the new adventures we'll have!!

... emptied the pantry today. whew!

...went swimming - felt great - tidbit of useless information: it has been over 100* 22 of the last 26 days in Austin!!

... sure do miss that dog! Especially when we have crumbs and food bits dropped on the floor! Ha!

... heading to Seaworld and Six Flags this weekend - I'm thinking theme park overload!! Bring it on!!

... Tour de France is GREAT!! I really enjoy watching these amazing athletes as they keep on riding for 21 days - over 2,000 miles - Incredible!! great tracker through www.universalsports.com

... thanks to my little brother & sis-in-law - we have a Slingbox. This means we can still be couch potatoes in India and watch good ole USA TV! Amazing. It sure has come in handy this week with no Versus/ Tour de France in the apartment!!
